As an Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing play-based programs that cater to the needs of our young learners. You will work closely with experienced Service Leaders who will provide guidance and support throughout your role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging play-based programs for children aged 4-12 years.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, schools, and community members.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and act as a role model to staff and children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care) or currently studying.
  • A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Availability to work at least 3 afternoons a week (Monday-Friday).
