About this position:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a full-time Tax Specialist who will be responsible for creating and preserving value by minimizing tax liabilities while complying with tax and statutory requirements. As part of our fast-growing Australia/NZ region, you will have the chance to develop and implement effective tax strategies to drive business success.

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and review statutory tax compliance, internal tax reporting schedules, and set tax controls in line with our operating framework.
  • Support CAR, liaise with regulatory bodies, and support accounting teams to finalize audited accounts.

Key responsibilities also include advising on tax planning opportunities, analyzing cross-border tax issues, and providing proactive advice on possible implications for our organization. You will collaborate with other affiliates to analyze tax implications of transactions and operations for financial reporting and tax compliance purposes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CPA/CA qualification
  • 10 years of tax experience in a large corporate tax department or reputable multinational company/accounting firm
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Australia/NZ region tax and accounting matters
