Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining real-time ML pipelines on cloud infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in the field of computer vision.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with Computer Vision Engineers to ensure model outputs are integrated and visualised with fidelity. You will also collaborate with other engineers, product owners, and sports science experts to meet ambitious technical and performance targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of Champion Data's broader optical tracking frameworks. You will also support deployments to club training facilities and stadium environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in full stack software engineering, with strong cloud (GCP mandatory) and machine learning system deployment exposure
  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining real-time ML pipelines on cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in building and/or maintaining scalable, performant web applications using TypeScript
  • Familiarity with the ML lifecycle: model training, evaluation, versioning, and live deployment
  • Experience with video and time-series data processing at scale
  • Strong software engineering skills, particularly in writing robust and maintainable backend code
  • Comfortable working independently and owning large technical domains
