About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Northern Territory team focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. The successful candidate will be part of a rotational roster, working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Able to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends (24/7 availability)
  • Lateral thinking skills to solve issues that may arise
  • Understanding of communication lines and chain of command
  • Understanding of emergency and alarm response protocols including fire systems
  • Protect and maintain security & integrity of building and infrastructure
  • Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports
  • Well presented and well-spoken
  • Good IT skills
Requirements
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Will and ability to support and step up as required into other roles
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
  • AGSVA Clearance (Highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs)
  • Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Valid NT Security License
  • Valid NT Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid
