ERP Management Role Description

The primary function of an ERP Manager is to oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise resource planning systems within a global organization.

About the Job:
  • Lead the implementation, management, and enhancement of our Epicor ERP system across all departments.
  • Ensure seamless integration with key business functions including finance, operations, HR, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and customization of ERP systems (Epicor).
  • Guarantee optimal system functionality through maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Integrate ERP with internal and external business systems for unified operations.
  • Head data extraction and reporting initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in Epicor ERP, specifically in Financial Management, Sales Management, Production Management, Material Management.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM.
