Job Summary
About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled AI implementation project leader to join our team. As an early member of our implementation team, you'll play a key role in driving growth by working directly with customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor for our customer base, leveraging AI to automate responses and free up teams to focus on complex cases.
- Lead projects from kickoff to successful deployment, working closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure our tools to fit their needs.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional customer support, building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders.
- Project leadership skills, including organization, proactivity, and ownership.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
- Technical curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new tools, even without formal technical training.
- 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field.
- Experience building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders.
