Job Title: AI Project Lead

">

About the Role:

">

This role is responsible for leading and managing project activities that deliver AI Use cases involving both business and technology solutions.

">

The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex projects with indicative costs up to $20M, project duration up to 18 months, and teams typically ranging up to 30 resources.

">

They will be a highly experienced Agilist, dedicated to improving ways of working every day, with advanced commercial acumen, continuous improvement mindset, and deep stakeholder management expertise.

">

Outstanding Senior Project Management & Delivery experience, scrum mastering and Product Delivery, plus SME as gained working in a large and complex corporate settings with tight deadlines, competing demands and ability to pivot with solution and outcome thinking.

">

Significant experience overseeing large-scale Project or Product Delivery as gained directly in the Financial Services industry or within professional services firms consulting to the Financial Services industry.

">

Relevant project management certifications will be considered highly advantageous.

">

Exposure to AI use delivery and a keen desire to learn and mature in this space, is essential.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Manage project scope, goals, and timelines.

">

- Develop and implement project plans and budgets.

">

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

">

Requirements:

">

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

">

- Advanced experience in project management, preferably in the Financial Services industry.

">

- Strong technical skills in AI and data science.

">

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

">

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

">
