We are seeking an exceptional **Waiter, Wine Waiter** to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of modern French cuisine.

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with our sommeliers and chefs to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. You will be expected to possess a good level of French food and wine knowledge, with a desire for continual learning and self-improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work well under pressure, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be available to work a rotating roster.

Key Requirements
  • Relevant qualification and/or 12-18 months of experience in Michelin, hatted or premium restaurants
  • A good level of French food & wine knowledge, and the desire for continual learning
  • Enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service
  • Availability to work a rotating roster
