Property Relations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Property Relations Specialist to strengthen and maintain relationships with existing property owners and build and develop relationships with potential investors and other building stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to enquiries from property owners in relation to matters regarding the management of their investments, property returns and general owner account enquiries;
- Effectively resolving owner enquiries and concerns;
- Cultivating relationships with property owners to ensure they are satisfied;
- Suggesting and implementing strategies to develop and strengthen communications and relations with stakeholders throughout Asia Pacific;
- Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge about property management options provided by our company and relevant industry legislation;
- Implementing strategies and initiatives to increase properties under management.
This role requires:
- Experience within the Property Industry in Business Development/ Property Management/ Relationship Management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluency (written and verbal) in English - other language skills desirable;
- A current real estate sales certificate or transferrable licence.
