Production Line Worker

We are seeking a reliable and punctual individual to fill the role of Manufacturing Operator in our production facility.
This is a hands-on position that involves working with precious metals and machinery, ensuring a clean and organized work space through regular equipment inspection and maintenance.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of working within a manufacturing environment, flexibility, reliability, and punctuality through past employment, as well as excellent teamwork skills and ability to work alone without direct supervision.
Key responsibilities include checking, inspecting, and controlling equipment and machinery, following Safe Operating Procedures at all times, reporting any faults to management, and assisting with problem-solving of issues with machinery or devices.
Additionally, the Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for assembling products with hand tools on the production line, carrying out quality and testing checks throughout all processes of the production line, storing goods, equipment, and materials properly and safely in the workplace, and using equipment safely and correctly to ensure adherence to OH&S procedures and policies.
Requirements for the role include knowledge of working within a manufacturing environment, flexibility, reliability, and punctuality through past employment, honesty and integrity, aptitude to keep attentive for cyclical tasks and ensure a safe and clean work area, ability to show initiative and find problems with any materials or processes, excellent communication, understanding, and following instructions in English, and excellent eye sight with good hand-eye coordination.
