This role will involve working in a team with a strong culture and a diverse project portfolio. You will have opportunities to take advantage of AECOM's global reach and work closely with clients to provide innovative solutions that contribute to liveable and water-sensitive cities.

We are looking for an experienced Water Engineer to join our dynamic Civil Infrastructure business in Newcastle and deliver large infrastructure projects across NSW, Australia, and the broader region.

In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and complete projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.

You will be a key member of our team, supporting the growth of our water and wastewater business through delivering high-quality work and collaborating with a large number of professionals in various geographies.

As an experienced engineer, you will coach our junior professionals, providing technical direction and fostering their growth and development within the team.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a robust global well-being program.
