Business Insights Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading private hospital operations organisation in Australia, providing financial performance insights and commercial assessments.

Job Description:

The full-time position offers the successful applicant the chance to provide executive-level advice on operational performance optimisation, resource allocation, and investment evaluations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and commercial assessments to support business growth.
  • Develop and present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build credibility and establish relationships of trust with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, adaptable, disciplined, and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, or data science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Experience using TM1 and SAP is highly desirable.

This role is based at the Head Office in Melbourne and will support the Director of Finance Pharmacy and other pharmacy finance and operations stakeholders.
