About the Role:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals to our menu standards, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, allocate tasks, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Participate in menu preparation, cooking, and presentation, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to our culinary standards.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and stock holding areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with Occupational Health and Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines, ensuring our kitchen meets the highest standards.
