Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at The Sporting Globe. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are cooked to the highest standard and served on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including grilling, deep frying, and shallow frying.
• Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation and section management.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
• Participate in preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items, with attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Clean and organise the kitchen and stock holding areas.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness is maintained to Sporting Globe standards.
