Software Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Expert to join our team in Hobart, Australia.

This is a key position within the Department for Police, Fire and Emergency Management portfolio of applications and interfaces.

  • Design, develop, test and implement software solutions using contemporary technologies, frameworks and methodologies.
  • Deliver optimal outcomes for clients and users in an emergency services environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years of recent industry experience and tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field. ICT Industry certifications and current ITIL certification would be highly regarded.

Azure DevOps experience and knowledge of Microsoft .Net or .Net Core, as well as Agile development practices, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop system integration solutions across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
  • Work in Azure, specifically with data services, integration services and web platform services.
  • Maintain existing systems and ensure smooth operations.
