Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance services in our commercial facilities.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to deliver high-quality services on time, within budget and to standard.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Key Skills:
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Experience in maintenance and repair of commercial facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
