Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

The Parts and Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading the Spare Parts sales team and the Parts Warehouse team. This dynamic position combines hands-on phone sales and warehouse operations with leadership tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Action daily, weekly, and monthly tasks such as time sheets, leave approvals, objective setting, cycle counting, parts for service jobs, and forklift inspections.
  • Lead the Perth team in answering enquiries about spare parts and products.
  • Responsible for courier collections and communication of known delays.
  • Assist the national team with phone system allocation, drive local sales & promotions.
  • Gather customer feedback to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in nationally led meetings providing feedback on activities regarding performance, challenges and process improvements.
  • Develop relationships with internal departments to enhance the Franna & Terex brands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with warehousing and/or leadership qualifications. A mechanical aptitude either in the Franna or automotive industry is preferred. Previous leadership experience in a parts & warehouse operation (3 years) is necessary. A current forklift licence is also required. Excellent customer service skills & problem-solving skills are essential.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are highly valued. Highly motivated self-starters will thrive in this role.
