We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Front of House team. As a Customer Service & Wait Staff, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment that provides exceptional food, service, cleanliness and value to every guest.

Our Front of House team is responsible for delivering high-quality food, excellent service and cleanliness to our guests. We are looking for individuals who can work well in a challenging environment and have a positive attitude.

The key duties of this role include:

  • Assisting in any areas of the restaurant where staffing is required
  • Collaborating with others to achieve restaurant goals
  • Creating a positive guest experience by delivering high-quality food, excellent service and cleanliness
  • Maintaining and displaying product knowledge
  • FOLLOWING policies and procedures

We require our team members to be flexible and able to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

While food service experience is an advantage, it is not necessary. Having a Food Safety Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is beneficial.
