Clinical Pharmacist Role

This is a Clinical Pharmacist role with electronic medication management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to develop digital, clinical, organisational, and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped state-of-the-art hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients as part of a rotational position.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for medication-related digital health applications.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to promote safe and effective use of medicines.
Requirements:
  • Hold registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions.
  • Demonstrate experience as a clinical pharmacist in an Australian hospital setting for at least 2 years.
  • Show prior experience using electronic prescribing software, preferably Cerner.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Dedicate to promoting medication safety and quality use of medicines.
