Nursing Education Coordinator Heart Lung Position

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our dynamic Nursing Education team within Alfred Health as an Education Coordinator across Heart/Lung and Brain clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of a Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment (BPCLE) within the programs in collaboration with the Clinical Service Director/Deputy Director, other Education Coordinators, and education team.
- Lead and manage a team of nurse educators and clinical support nurses to bring together the needs of the programs while representing the Nursing Executive Strategy and Nursing Education Department strategy and initiatives at program level.
- Develop and deliver contemporary teaching and learning practices within a complex and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
- Master's degree in nursing or clinical education.
- Previous experience in an educational leadership role with demonstrated ability to provide educational opportunities in a supportive learning environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment, across multiple discipline settings, and develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
