We are looking for a skilled and experienced clinician to join our well-established and supportive clinical team.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and autonomous professional, capable of delivering high-quality patient care. You will have excellent clinical skills and experience managing minor illnesses in a primary care setting.
Main responsibilitiesUndertake this challenging role, you will need to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care within professional boundaries while working collaboratively with the team to meet patient needs.
You must have the skills and knowledge to use Microsoft Office suite and clinical IT systems, currently SystmOne, plus good written and verbal communication skills.

Key requirements- Ability to treat minor illnesses and ailments.
- Previous experience of working in community healthcare settings.
- Knowledge and experience in determining clinical diagnoses and facilitating appropriate treatment.
- Knowledge of managing long-term conditions.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Able to request pathology as necessary.
- Registered Health Professional: Registered with the NMC/HCPC.
- BSc Hons Nurse Practitioner Degree or equivalent qualification (or working towards).
- Experience of working independently.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Advanced clinical assessment qualification.
- At least 2 years recent primary/community experience.
- Relevant diplomas in long-term conditions.
- Evidence of ongoing Personal Development.
- IRMER trained.
- Independent Prescribing Qualification (V300 or equivalent).
