Marketing Content Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Content Media Manager to help us grow our visibility, drive new business, and position us as industry thought leaders.

  • This unique role blends creative content production with strategic demand generation activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in content creation, advertising, digital marketing, or a similar role with demonstrable success in generating leads (B2B experience highly regarded).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Directors in the formulation of a Marketing, Content, and Lead Generation strategy
  2. Accountable for the execution of this marketing strategy and delivering agreed outcomes
  3. Research industry trends in sonic branding, audio marketing, music production, advertising, and related fields to inform content creation
  4. Position the agency as a leader in sonic branding with a focus on B2B reach
  5. Develop a 12-month marketing calendar and budget across all activities
  6. Develop a content strategy aligned with our marketing and business development goals
  7. Develop a thought leadership platform positioning the Directors as experts in sonic branding

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, advertising, digital marketing, or a similar role with demonstrable success in generating leads (B2B experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and demand generation activities
  • Thinks strategically and is able to translate strategy into compelling ideas and action
  • Confident in writing and producing compelling content, especially short-form video
  • Able to spot marketing opportunities, find creative angles, and run with them
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
  • Experience using CMS platforms (ie WordPress)
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and interpret data to inform strategy
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle many moving parts at the same time
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Genuinely passionate about sound, music, storytelling, and the power of branding
