Job Opportunity

This permanent opportunity can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis and is located in the suburbs. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to become a part of our diverse and supportive team, who will provide high-quality education and care to children, helping them achieve their learning outcomes.

About the Role
  • We seek an educator with strong leadership skills to develop and implement programs that reflect the approved learning framework and support the growth and development of children in our care.
  • The successful applicant will have experience working at a diploma level in an early learning service and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • They will also have the ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop programs which reflect the approved learning framework and promote children's learning and development.
  2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and community members.
  3. Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children Services (essential).
  • Previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
