Key Responsibilities
  • Craft Compelling Visual Narratives: Develop storyboards and animations that captivate audiences across various marketing channels, including OOH, digital experiences, social, explainer videos, email, landing pages, presentations, and events.
  • Edit Impactful Video Content: From product demos to social ads, you'll create videos that resonate and drive action.
  • Shape Our Motion Identity: Lead the development of our brand's motion design system, creating guidelines and templates for global teams and partners.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with content writers, designers, and agencies worldwide to execute cohesive, brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and ownership.
  • Be a Creative Leader: Present your vision and ideas to stakeholders, demonstrating the value of design and integrating feedback to refine your work.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry advancements, trends, and emerging technologies/AI, ensuring our designs are not only current but also groundbreaking.
  • Production and Workflow Expertise: Adhere to best-practice production processes, optimize time management, and actively contribute to enhancing workflows.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a motion design studio or creative agency, with a track record of delivering high-impact, brand-aligned content.
  • Exceptional skills in motion graphics and video editing, with a diverse portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of design/animation principles, and that showcases your ability to bring brand strategies to life through compelling motion content.
  • Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design is a strong plus.
  • Capable of editing music and integrating sound design to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Ability to use Figma to create animation for digital experiences/delights.
  • Deep understanding of media platforms like TVC, OOH, Paid Social, and Organic Social, delivering impactful creative quickly and at scale.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into visually stunning and effective creative solutions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where flexibility is key.
  • Comfortable with a fluid, reactive work approach, always ready to iterate and innovate on the fly.
