Overview

Cape Lodge, a renowned restaurant within the Fiveight Hospitality portfolio, is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Operations Manager to lead its front-of-house team. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver an unforgettable culinary journey for guests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of front-of-house staff to provide impeccable service.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to synchronize service with food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement robust service standards and procedures to exceed guest expectations.
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Manage budgets and financial targets, forecasting revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2 years of senior management experience in high-end restaurant operations.
  • Proven leadership and operational skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We Offer
