About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Risk Renewal Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless renewal process for our members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire renewal lifecycle, including communication with members, documentation, and protection reviews.
  • Provide accurate personal protection quotations and facilitate changes to existing protections.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting and field teams to guarantee outstanding service delivery.
  • Identify member needs and match them with the most suitable protection solutions.
  • Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
