Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and risk assessments.
  • Provide accurate quotations and process changes to existing protections.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement.
