Production Roles

We have an opportunity for talented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Factory Operators. This is a casual ongoing position with the potential to transition into full-time employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for batching, mixing and operating machines in various production areas. They will also troubleshoot machinery settings, set up, start and shut down machines, maintain documentation control and ensure efficient production output with minimal wastage.

Key responsibilities include quality control of products manufactured, maintaining health and safety standards and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice processes. General production laboring work may also be required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a FMCG, food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Ability to perform manual handling duties and complete repetitive lifting tasks up to 25kg
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • A valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one
