Job Description

As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to patients of all ages and backgrounds. You will work closely with the practice team to deliver efficient and effective patient care, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general medical consultations and examinations to patients
  • Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
  • Order diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialists as necessary
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current or eligible for AHPRA registration with Level 3 supervision or above
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to work effectively within a small team environment
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including afternoons and weekends
