Design Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Sales Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and styling expertise.

You will be responsible for welcoming and guiding clients through a tailored design journey, delivering outstanding client service from consultation to aftercare, and collaborating with your team to achieve personal and shared sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide clients through a tailored design journey.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation to aftercare.
  • Cultivate strong product knowledge and apply a styling lens to every interaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve personal and shared sales goals.
  • Manage sales administration with care and precision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A confident communicator with a natural flair for design and aesthetics.
  • Experienced in luxury retail, hospitality or client service environments.
  • Passionate about interiors and transforming homes into elevated spaces.
  • Goal-oriented and energised by a fast-paced, high-performing culture.
  • Self-motivated, detail-driven, and committed to excellence.
  • Fluent in English – Mandarin language skills highly regarded.
  • Available to work Part Time, including 1 weekend day.
