Job Title: Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for providing essential support, fostering a comfortable and safe environment, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents who require assistance with daily living tasks, maintaining their personal dignity and privacy at all times.
    • Undertake delegated tasks from Registered Nurses, prioritizing resident care and safety.
      • Perform position responsibilities in accordance with our Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.
