HR Transformation Expert

  • This project-focused position involves taking ownership of multiple high-priority people projects, ensuring timely delivery while allowing the generalist team to maintain their focus on business-as-usual activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong HR Business Partner/generalist experience, preferably with exposure to diverse industries. They should be comfortable working in complex environments and capable of implementing practical solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver 4-5 priority HR projects, including consolidating people metrics and reporting across the organization, reviewing and improving HR support models, and ensuring compliance training and programs meet legislative and organizational requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with the people team to leverage their expertise, ensuring effective project delivery.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance existing HR systems and processes.
  • About You:
    • Strong HR Business Partner/generalist experience, preferably with exposure to diverse industries.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
    • Comfortable working in complex environments and able to implement practical solutions.
    • Focused on delivering tangible outcomes, with the ability to work independently.
