Job Description

As a Storage Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management of our stores. You will work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative or with support and direction. They will also have a passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in delivering exceptional store results and customer service
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
  • Passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Basic computer skills
