We are growing and with that an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Consultant at Solomons Flooring Mt Gambier is available. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses.

About the Role:

Assisting our customers in selecting their flooring solutions from carpet, timber, vinyl, hybrid options, tailored to their needs.

Providing expert advice on our products, styles, and installation options.

Building strong relationships with all our customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience and amazing instore experience.

Manage inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups to drive your sales success.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience in flooring, blinds, or a related retail industry (preferred but not essential).

A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn with good time management skills.

Someone who has a positive outlook, naturally friendly and ready to serve our customers.

Current drivers licence is required.
