Trauma/Neuro Progressive Care Nurse Specialist

As a skilled nurse in our trauma/neuro progressive care unit, you will provide expert patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions. Guided by the principles of nursing practice, you will utilize evidence-based treatment and critical thinking to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans to meet unique needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound management, and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree with commitment to obtain BSN within three years
- Current RN licensure in the state
- One year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trauma/neuro progressive care unit
