Corporate Financial Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our accounting team as a Corporate Financial Specialist. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing timely reports, budgets, and forecasts, and managing invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations with precision.
About the Role
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare timely reports, budgets, and forecasts to drive informed decisions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Manage invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in audits and support month-end/year-end close processes, providing high-quality support to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments across the company, communicating effectively and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Confidence using accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP) and Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Integrity, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
