Rehabilitation Role Opportunity

An exciting chance has arisen to work in a dynamic acute hospital setting, providing high-level clinical services to various patient cohorts via the Targeted Acute Rehabilitation Program.

This position involves delivering rehabilitation and discharge planning to acute patients across all streams. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop patient-centred discharge plans that support access and flow throughout the health service.

The role will work closely with the wider OT department to drive service development and ensure a focus on innovation. This position is primarily based at the Epping Campus.
