Senior Water Treatment Process Engineer

At Aurecon, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Treatment Process Engineer to join our NSW & ACT Water Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of water, wastewater, and/or recycled water treatment solutions for our clients.

You'll have a strong background in process engineering, with hands-on experience in water and wastewater treatment. Your expertise will be essential in championing the delivery of sustainable and Future Ready water infrastructure projects, focusing on innovation, circular economy, and carbon net zero.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading challenging and complex water and wastewater projects across the entire lifecycle, including planning, options development, design, and construction.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Developing and maintaining strong internal and external networks and leading business development opportunities, including tender responses.
  • Participating in industry organizations and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in water and wastewater engineering and pump station design.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for re-imagining engineering and is committed to continuous learning. If you're a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia and have at least 7-10 years' experience in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you.
