Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring professional to join our team as a Home Care Employee. You will work independently, providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, while also collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and positioning
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and refreshments
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Empathy, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
