
Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

A business relationship professional is required to manage a portfolio of commercial customers, providing quality banking services and solutions that cater to their evolving needs. This role involves working closely with Regional Managers and branches to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Brisbane and Toowoomba region.
The successful candidate will have expertise in business lending and credit risk principles, as well as strong financial analysis skills. They will also be able to think creatively to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage a commercial portfolio and complex lending activities.
- Develop strong relationships with local industry groups and implement strategies to raise the profile of yourself and the Bank in the community.
- Design and deliver customized solutions to meet the needs of your customers.
- Build deep and lasting relationships focused on acquiring new customers.
- Lead business development activities to optimize the Bank's presence and growth prospects in the local region.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline.
- Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's license.
- A full-time position based in our Brisbane, Ipswich or Toowoomba Business Banking Centre.
