- Providing administrative support: You will provide accurate and timely administrative support to patients, staff, and management, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Maintaining records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both manually and electronically, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing solutions: You will identify and implement process improvements, working collaboratively with colleagues to optimize service delivery and enhance patient experience.
- Engaging with stakeholders: You will build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting effective communication and cooperation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated administrative skills: Proven ability to provide high-quality administrative support, including record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clinical knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems, policies, and procedures, as well as a basic understanding of clinical terminology.
