The key role of a Production Manager is to oversee and manage the daily workshop operations. They are responsible for ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner, meeting industry standards and customer expectations.

  • Oversee day-to-day production and workshop operations
  • Ensure OH&S policies and procedures are followed
  • Process incoming vehicles and oversee workflow
  • Coordinate and manage parts, paint, and consumables
  • Monitor repair progress and ensure quality standards are met
  • Support productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment

As a leader in this position, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delegating tasks effectively. You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with technicians, parts suppliers, and admin staff.
