Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake corporate and commercial matters, including complex M&A transactions and structuring advice.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, service agreements and IP and licensing agreements.
  • Provide technical advice across a wide range of practice areas.
  • Actively participate in client engagement and business development activities.
  • Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service to clients.
  • Mentor and supervise junior colleagues, assisting with team management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' post-admission experience in corporate and commercial matters.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
