We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dining Services Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role:

  • You will provide warm and professional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  • You will work effectively as part of a strong team to deliver smooth and efficient service between the kitchen and guest areas.
  • You will have the opportunity to upsell and promote menu items to increase revenue.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A commitment to longer-term employment is essential.
  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment is required.
  • You must have a high standard of grooming, presentation, and communication.
  • You should possess confidence and leadership attributes.
  • A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
  • You must be able to work various rostered shifts across 7 days, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Barista skills are highly desirable.
  • A current NSW RSA license is required.
