Store Manager Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time position with a 38 hour workweek. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, helping your team deliver on goals, and driving business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team achieve goals
  • Succeedion plan your team to ensure they can progress into new opportunities
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks
  • Coch and provide feedback to your team
  • Analyze reports to drive business decisions
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience coaching and providing feedback
  • Ability to analyze reports and make commercial decisions
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes
  • Leadership skills to drive team performance
  • Excellent communication skills to engage customers
