Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our security operations, driving strategy, operations, and resilience efforts that keep our business safe and purpose alive.

The successful candidate will be accountable for overseeing preventive and detective security technologies across corporate and online environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and championing a flexible, resilient, and forward-thinking security culture.

This role requires a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate risk into business impact. The ideal candidate will have experience leading security operations or cyber defence functions across complex environments and possess strong people leadership skills.

About the Role

  • Lead Security Operations function, strategy, and roadmap across APAC
  • Manage relationships with MSSP, overseeing 24/7 monitoring and incident response
  • Oversee preventive and detective security technologies across corporate and online environments
  • Collaborate across Technology, Risk, Legal, and Product to align on enterprise security goals
  • Drive measurable uplift in operational maturity, metrics, and incident handling
  • Champion a flexible, resilient, and forward-thinking security culture
