Senior Home and Garden Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker, providing gardening and home maintenance support to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide gardening support to clients, ensuring their outdoor spaces are well-maintained and enjoyable;
- Support and guide volunteers of varying skills and abilities, promoting teamwork and collaboration;
- Communicate effectively with clients, volunteers, and colleagues, building strong relationships and trust;
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of everyone involved;
- Work collaboratively as part of a small local team, contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.
- Previous experience in gardening or a related field;
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and volunteers;
- Basic computer and paperwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software;
- Current Drivers Licence, with access to a reliable vehicle;
- Rights to work in Australia, with a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- First Aid Certificate, demonstrating a commitment to safety and risk management;
