We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Endava Limited. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment, and fostering a welcoming and collaborative working space.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Manage daily office operations, including meeting room allocation, building access, and maintenance of office tidiness.
- Building Management: Administer furniture and equipment inventory, oversee building contracts and maintenance, and monitor utilities.
- Community Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen team connections through community events and drive participation and engagement via internal communication platforms.
- Driving Culture: Advocate for an inclusive workplace that unifies our stakeholders and leadership team, and articulates and represents Endava's values to foster a positive work culture.
- Concierge: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests and clients, and conduct tours of our office space.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with our People Experience and Marketing teams for internal and external events, meetups, conferences, and celebrations that represent Endava's cultural values.
- Onboarding: Support our People Experience team with onboarding, and provide a welcoming experience for new starters.
- Project Work: Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from other teams to support various operational projects.
- Health, Safety, and Security: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, act as a security and fire marshal, and provide first aid.
