Job Description

The role of Director Civil Services is a key leadership position within our organization, reporting directly to the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across all civil functions, including roads, stormwater, drainage, floodplain management water and wastewater, resource recovery, infrastructure planning and asset management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of approximately 150 staff
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive leadership, culture, strategy, and performance
  • Provide expert advice on civil functions and operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
