About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our Charlestown store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales, and supporting the management team with stock organization and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer, aligning with the Dotti brand
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve individual and store targets
  • Assist with stock management and processing
  • Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
